Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using mapperAI ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

mapperAI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on user-selected map locations and optionally user-provided photos. The App offers two main features:

• Selfie Mode: Generate AI images featuring user-provided photos at selected locations
• Drone Mode: Generate AI aerial/drone-style images of selected locations

User Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activity that occurs through your use of the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting real individuals without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or usage limits
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All images generated by mapperAI are created using artificial intelligence and are entirely fictional. The generated images:

• Do not represent real photographs
• May not accurately depict actual locations
• Should not be presented as authentic photographs
• Are for entertainment purposes only

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may sometimes produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. We are not responsible for how you use or share generated content.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Çağatay Kağan Atalay and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Images you generate using the App are for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for image generation.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases including:

• Credit packs for generating images
• Subscription plans with recurring credits

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

Credits and Usage

Image generation requires credits. Credits obtained through subscriptions may expire at the end of the subscription period. Credit packs are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Çağatay Kağan Atalay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
