How do I generate an AI photo?

Simply tap anywhere on the map to select a location. Then choose either Selfie Mode (requires uploading your photo) or Drone Mode for an aerial view. Tap "Generate Image" and wait a few seconds for your AI photo to be created.

What's the difference between Selfie Mode and Drone Mode?

Selfie Mode: Upload your photo and the AI will place you at the selected location, creating a realistic travel photo.

Drone Mode: Generate stunning aerial/drone-style photos of any location on the map without needing to upload a photo.

How do credits work?

Each image generation requires credits. You start with free credits and can purchase additional credits or subscribe for monthly allowances. Different modes may require different amounts of credits.

Do subscription credits expire?

Credits obtained through subscriptions are valid for your subscription period. When your subscription renews, you receive fresh credits. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire.

Is my photo stored on your servers?

No. Your photos are processed temporarily to generate the AI image and are not stored on our servers. The generated image is sent directly to your device. We prioritize your privacy.

Why does the generated image not look exactly like the location?

mapperAI uses AI to create artistic interpretations of locations. While we strive for accuracy, the generated images are AI creations and may not perfectly represent the actual location. They are intended for entertainment purposes.

Can I get a refund for my purchase?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please visit Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support directly.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
• Force close and reopen the app
• Update to the latest version of the app
• Restart your device

How can I restore my purchases?

Open the app, go to the credits/purchase section, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any previous subscriptions or credit packs associated with your Apple ID.
